The Federal High Court in Abuja on Thursday found Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the banned Indigenous People of Biafra, guilty on all seven terrorism counts brought by the Federal Government.

Justice James Omotosho announced the verdict, confirming Kanu’s guilt across all charges, which included acts of terrorism, membership and leadership of a banned group, issuing threats, participating in attacks that resulted in the death of security personnel, damaging and burning property, hiding information, and importing an unregistered radio transmitter.

The court determined that the prosecution proved the allegations convincingly, resulting in Kanu’s conviction on all counts.
