LAGOS STATE MINISTRY OF JUSTICE HAS RECOMMENDED THAT, OLANREWAJU JAMES also known as “Baba Ijesha” be charged under 5 provisions of the Criminal Laws of Lagos State, 2015:
- Indecent Treatment of a child
- Defilement
- Attempted Assault by penetration
- Attempted Sexual Assault
- Sexual Assault
