Liz Anjorin vs Iyabo Ojo: Round Again as Bitter Nollywood Feud Takes Fresh Legal Twist

The long-running drama between Nollywood actresses Liz Anjorin and Iyabo Ojo has entered another explosive round — and this time, the battle has moved deeper into the courtroom.

The latest controversy followed an interim order issued by the Lagos State High Court on September 2, 2026, restraining Anjorin from publishing or circulating photographs of Iyabo Ojo’s grandson, Rakeem, the son of Priscilla Ojo and Tanzanian singer Juma Jux. The temporary order also restricts her from publishing certain content concerning Priscilla and her family pending further proceedings.

But rather than bringing an immediate end to the drama, the court development appears to have opened another chapter.

Reacting during an Instagram Live session, Anjorin questioned the court process and criticised the decision to publish the document online before she was formally served. She described the case as “dead on arrival” and continued to take shots at Iyabo Ojo.

Anjorin has also indicated that she is unwilling to abandon her long-running confrontation with Ojo, reportedly describing the current phase as her “payback time.”

The two actresses have been locked in a bitter public feud for years, exchanging accusations, social-media attacks and legal threats. Earlier in 2026, their rivalry even generated talk of a celebrity boxing match after Anjorin accepted a ₦10 million boxing challenge involving Ojo, although she attached conditions to the proposed showdown.

For now, the gloves remain metaphorical, but the latest court intervention has clearly not ended one of Nollywood’s most enduring celebrity battles.
