A federal high  court sitting in Lagos has adjourned till 9th of June,2025, when the trial of a self acclaimed Prophet of  THE KINGDOM POWER INTERNATIONAL CHURCH, OHEZ AZUKA 50 YEARS will continue.

       According to six count charge of conspiracy, obtaining by false pretence, forgery and stealing filed before the court by the Police Legal officer Barrister S.E. Iredia from the prosecution section of Zone 2 Police command Headquarters Onikan Lagos, it was alleged that Prophet OHEZ AZUKA 50 YEARS and others now at large, between July 2022 and February, 2023 at 55 Oluwatedo street Ishasi town in a suburb of Lagos state conspire together to commit felony to wit :computer related forgery and computer related fraud.

        In another related offences, the defendant, and others now at large were further alleged to have unlawfully produces, supplies, adapt, manipulate or procures for use, distributes and otherwise make false publication through YouTube message against one Mrs. Gloria Iheaguwazi, that her mother in — Law is possessed with witchcraft and wants to kill her husband Emmanuel Iheagwazl, except some sacrifices involving Cow, goats and other materials is done to appease the gods and to stop the mother In law and other witches from killing Emmanuel Iheagwazi.

It was further alleged that Prophet Ohez Azuka ‘m’ and others now at large, on same date, place and time,  at the Judicial Division, of the court unlawfully obtain the sum of N11,000,000, 00 (Eleven Million Naira only), from Mrs. Gloria Iheaguwazi, on the pretense that they were going to use the money to buy cow, goats and other materials for sacrifices to appease the gods and witches to stop the killing of her husband Mr. Emmanuel lheagwazi, which he did not and knowing same to be false and thereby committed an offence punishable unde section 1{a) (b) (2) and section 11 (1) and (2) of the Advance Fee Fraud and Other Fraud Related Offences Acts 2006. 

Mr. Iredia has called one witness Mrs Iheaguwazi, out of six witnesses he intends to call to prosecute the case. Meanwhile, the defendant who was granted bail by the court is currently on bail.
