Popular Nigerian dancer and hypeman Iweh Pascal Odinaka, professionally known as Poco Lee, is facing five sexual offence charges in the United Kingdom, with his next court appearance reportedly scheduled for September 15, 2026.
According to online reports, officials at Snaresbrook Crown Court in London confirmed that Poco Lee is listed for a plea and trial preparation hearing. The reported charges include two counts of rape, attempted rape and two counts of assault by penetration.
The development provides further clarity following days of speculation surrounding the entertainer’s reported arrest and detention in the UK.

Poco Lee’s management and legal team have also acknowledged that allegations involving the dancer are currently before a UK court. However, they dismissed circulating claims involving alleged drink spiking, stating that such an allegation does not form part of the charges before the court.
The case has generated widespread attention across Nigeria’s entertainment industry and social media, where Poco Lee has built a huge following through his dance performances and collaborations with leading Afrobeats stars.
As the September 15 hearing approaches, further details are expected to emerge from the court proceedings.
Poco Lee has not been convicted of any offence, and the allegations against him remain subject to determination by the court.
