Labor Party National Chairman Abure Arrested In Edo over Allegations of Attempted Murder

Police officers in Edo state have arrested the National Chairman of the Labour Party (LP), Barrister Julius Abure, today February 21 over allegations of attempted murder. Photos and videos shared on social media shows Abure seated on the floor before he was taken away in a vehicle by the policemen.

It has come to light that Abure was arrested after a petition was filed by the party’s former Youth Leader, Eragbe Anselm Aphimia.
