Drug Lords, Obiora Chigozie Arrested for Trafficking

National Drugs Law Enforcement Agency NDLEA has arraigned before a Federal high court in Lagos,a suspected hard drug trafficker Obiora Chigozie Samuel, alleged to have concealed 1.50 Kilogrammes Cannabis Sativa inside Cocoyam powder flour.

   Obiora Chigozie Samuel was further alleged to have put the concealed drug inside the boot of a car and proceeded to deliver same for export , through a dispatch rider, for the exportation of same, to the United kingdom.

       The defendant pleaded not guilty, consequently, his case was adjourned till 29th February,2024 for trial to commence

   The four count proffered against the defendant, as filed before the court by the NDLEA Assistant Commander Legal from Murtala Muhammed International Airport,NACHO,Ikeja Lagos, Barrister Juliana Imaobong U.Iroabuchi

COUNT 1

That you OBIORAH CHIGOZIE SAMUEL, male, Adult, 39 years old,a Isheri, Lagos and One BLESSING COLLINS also known as DON and One KINGSLY male, Adult, a citizen of Nigeria, your another hard drug business partner in Nigeria now at large and one IKENNA OKOLI,which you claim to be your friend and brother (now at large). On or about the 15th day of September,2023 during the examination of cargo to the United Kingdom, at the SAHCO EXPORT Shed of the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, IKeja, Lagos, Within the Jurisdiction of this Honorable court and without lawful authority,exported 1.5kilogrammes,of Cannabis Sativa, a Narcotic drug, similar to Cocaine, Heroine and LSD which you concealed in a Silver colour Toyota Camry car with Anambra state plate registration Number: NSH – 700HA, registered in the name of One IKENNA OKOLI, which you claim to be your friend and brother, (now at large) which you further concealed the said hard drug inside cocoyam powder flour, and put them inside the boot of the said car by yourself, and proceeded to deliver same for export, through a dispatch rider, for the exportation of same, to the United Kingdom, and you thereby committed an offence, contrary to, and punishable under section 11 (b) of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency Act, Cap N. 30 Lav of the Federation of Nigeria 2004.

 That you OBIORAH CHIGOZIE SAMUEL Male Adult,39 years old,a citizen of Nigeria,who lives in 8 Doctor KC Eromanuel Streat Bucknor,BLESSING COLLINS also known a DON CHUKS, your hard drug business partner and a drug baron ( now at large) who resides in united Kingdom,and one KINGSLY Male Adult,a citizen of Nigeria,another of your hard drug business partner in Nigeria (now at large) on or about the 15th day of September,2023 during the examination of cargo to the United kingdom,at SACHO EXPORT Shed of the  Murtala Muhammed International Airport,Ikeja,Lagos, without lawful authority,did conspired among yourselves to export  1.5 Kilogrammes of Cocaine,Heroine and LSD which you concealed same  in silver color   Toyota Camry car with Anambra state plate registration number:NSH-700 HA registered in the name of one IKENNA OKOLI, which you claim to be your friend and brother (now at large) and you proceeded to deliver same for the exportation  of same , through a dispatch rider to the United Kingdom, and you, thereby committed an offence contrary to,and punishable under section 14(b) of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency Act,Cap N30 Law of the Federation of Nigeria 2004.

COUNT 3

That you OBIORAH CHIGOZIE SAMUEL Male, Adult 39 years old, a citizen of Nigeria, who lives in No: 8 Doctor KC Emmanuel StreetBucknor,Isheri,Lagos, at Elemo, Bridge, Isheri area of lagos State, within the Jurisdiction of this honorable court, knowingly possessed 2 kilogram of Cannabis Sativa a Narcotic drug, similar to Cocaine, Heroine, and LSD which you knowingly concealed same insider the boot of sliver colour Toyota Camry car with Anambra State registration plate number:NSH- 700 HA, registered in the name of One IKENNA OKOLI, which you claim to be your friend, and brother (now at large) which you further concealed the said hard drugs inside cocoyam powder flour destined to the United Kingdom, and you thereby committed an offence, contrary to,and punishable under section 11 (d) of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency Act Cap N 30 Law of the Federation of Nigeria 2004,

COUNT 4

That you OBIORA CHIGOZIE SAMUEL, Male, Adult, 39 years old a citizen of Nigeria,who lives in number 8 Doctor KC Emmanuel Street Bucknor, Isheri,Lagos,and One BLESSING COLLINS also known as DON CHUKS, your hard drug business partner and a drug baron (now at large) who resides in united kingdom, and one KINGSLY, Male adult a citizen of Nigeria,your another arger) and One IKENNA OKOLI, which you claim to be your friend and brother now at large on or about the 28th day September,2023 at Elemo bridge,Isheri Area of Lagos state, within the Jurisdiction of this Honorable Court and without lawful authority, did conspired among yourselves to export 2.60 Kilogrames of Cannabis Sativa, a Narcotic drug,similar to Cocaine,Heroine,and LSD which you knowingly concealed the same hard drug inside the both of a silver color Toyota Camry Car with State registration plate number: NSH-700HA, and registered in the name of one IKENNA OKOLI which you claim to be your friend and brother (now at large) which you further concealed the same hard drugs inside Cocoyam power flour destined for the exportation of same into the United Kingdom; and you thereby committed an offence, contrary to,and punishable under section 14 (b) of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency Act Cap N 30 Law of the Federation of Nigeria 2004.
