Sad! Nigerian-American broadcaster, Daniel ‘Dan’ Foster has died from alleged coronavirus complications at age 71.

As at the time of filing this report, cause of his death is yet to be confirmed but reports gone viral suggests he died of the deadly COVID-19.

The Big Dawg as he’s fondly regarded among friends is one of the best radio presenters in Nigeria, earning nationwide appeal during his stint as one of Cool FM’s most acclaimed on air personalities.

He was also the creator and director of the Cool Fm Praise Jam concerts that have taken place since 2004, with a total of over 22, 000 people in attendance.

Formerly an Idol series judge he also held a similar position with the Got Talent franchise.

In September 2009, Foster left Cool FM for Inspiration FM, but later join City FM before moving to Classic FM where he worked till his death.
