30yrs of Marriage: Nigeria’s Richest Woman, Folorunsho Alakija, and Husband Part Ways

It has been reported online that after 30 years of marriage, Folorunsho Alakija, Nigeria’s wealthiest woman, and her husband Modupe Alakija have decided to go their separate ways.

According to reports, the matrimonial home of a mother of four and a businessman in the upscale Ikoyi area of Lagos is no longer their shared residence.

The affluent woman and her husband were reportedly experiencing frequent marital disputes, which led her to insist on absolute privacy within their home. As a result, her husband had to find alternative accommodation.

He allegedly lives alone within the same Ikoyi neighbourhood.

Sources have allegedly revealed that the couple have faced challenges in their relationship in recent years, but have maintained a united front due to their societal status.
