Gambari: Odubu Congratulates Buhari on appointment of an accomplished Academic, Diplomat as Chief of Staff

 Dr. Pius Odubu, the former Deputy Governor of Edo State and a governorship aspirant on the platform of All Progressive Congress (APC) has congratulated President Muhammadu Buhari for choosing Prof. Ibrahim Gambari, an accomplished academic and diplomat per excellence as his new Chief of Staff.

Odubu, who was also a former member of the House of Representatives and Director of Logistics, 2019 APC Presidential Campaign Council further described Gambari’s appointment as well-deserved.

In a statement, he personally signed; Odubu said: “First, let me congratulate Mr. President for this excellent appointment of an accomplished academic, diplomat per excellence and an internationally acclaimed officer of the United Nations. “With this appointment, Mr. President has indeed demonstrated his commitment to bring further verve to his administration’s desire to harness the best of our human resources to deal with the rising challenges of governance currently besetting our dear Nation”.

“Secondly, I wish to felicitate with Prof. Ibrahim Gambari on his appointment as Chief of Staff to Mr. President who in all his past appointments demonstrated unparalleled capacity and commitment to deliver.

“I am extremely delighted to note that Professor Ibrahim Gambari’s appointment is well deserved and clearly founded on merit. I have no iota of doubt that Prof Gambari will bring to bear his immeasurable goodwill, enormous wealth of knowledge and experience on the administration. I am also convinced that he will assist Mr. President and the Federal Government to deliver in a most profound manner the dividends of good governance to the Nigerian people.

“Once again, on behalf of my family and Campaign Organisation, I congratulate Mr. President and his New Chief of Staff. My fervent prayer is that the Almighty protects and imbues them with wisdom to run the affairs of our great Country for the benefit of all Nigerians”.
